As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for executing the production schedule and overseeing the success of a growing production team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our small, dynamic team at JES Lighting, Inc., a light manufacturing company specializing in the wiring and assembly of custom lamps. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Assist in the wiring and assembly of custom lamps according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all components are accurately assembled and meet quality standards
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and organizing materials
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
